Campbell Wilson, who took office of General Manager Japan at Singapore Airlines (SQ) this past March, told the Travel Vision that he is confident of successful operations of its new Haneda/Singapore route which is scheduled to start at the end of October this year. Singapore Airlines will be operating four flights daily from Tokyo, namely from Narita Airport and Haneda Airport. Commenting on its Haneda route, Wilson said that the airline’s strategy is to fine-tune seat capacity according to the market need, adding that he is confident that many customers will fly the new Haneda route as well as its Kansai route with the increased frequency.
